On a daily basis:
 

• You gather and manage accurate data using business tools
• You prioritize and coordinate work schedules to meet deadlines and business needs
• You support various administrative and organizational tasks
• You manage and control administrative processes
• You ensure the team meets performance targets and maintains high customer satisfaction
• You understand and follow company policies and procedures
• You demonstrate teamwork and collaboration, especially across countries
• You communicate effectively to prevent escalations.

You are the ideal candidate if...
 

• You are fluent in English (Passive French or German knowledge can be an advantage)
• You possess some administrative experience.
• You have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (SAP knowledge is an advantage).
• You plan and organize your own workload effectively.
• You are proactive and able to set priorities.
• You have good communication skills.
• You embrace a strong service-oriented (‘can-do’) attitude, focusing on exceeding internal customer expectations.
• You perform accurate and precise work.
• You are flexible and adapt to changing priorities efficiently.
• You are a good team player.
