As an Admin Assistant, you will act as an Office administrator by supporting the Management Team and colleagues. Your role is to make all the necessary administration tasks asked by the Operations Manager.
The Admin Assistant will report to the local Operations Manager and work closely with local staff.
- Assist management (mainly general manager + departmental managers) in the daily organization of their work, especially by providing them administrative support
- Organize travel / meetings
- Office assistant tasks
- Back office tasks and complete all projects assigned
- Coordinating the order in the office and Experience center areas
