Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls;
- Organize and schedule appointments for 3 team members;
- Write and distribute email, correspondence and letters;
- Management of document data base;
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc;
- Administration of the office: communication with suppliers, arranging all necessary for smooth office work;
- Translate emails and short documents (Hungarian – English – Hungarian) by request;
- Administration of suppliers, collect invoices at the end of the month;
- Courier arrangement, be a contact person, collect parcels;
- Accompany team members to meetings at authorities, banks and notaries for translation Hungarian - English - Hungarian;
Requirements
- Minimum started university studies, preferably, but not limited in Finance, Banking or Law;
- Experience in office administration;
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and scanners;
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word);
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work;
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- Very active person;
- Ability to manage many tasks at the same time;
- Good communication skills;
- Perfect knowledge of Hungarian, advanced English, knowledge of Russian language will be considered as an advantage;
