We are looking for an Administrative Assistant colleagues for our company at Szigetszentmiklós.
YOUR NEW ROLE
As Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for providing and following up sales orders, keeping contact with clients, handling complaints, monitoring and analyzing reports and managing administrative tasks.
You will be the “right hand” of the sales manager.
You can also support to the e-commerce department.
You need to giving support to sales managers.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- You are an ideal candidate if you have College/University degree and speak English fluently.
- It is an advantage if you have experience in using Kulcs-Soft.
- It will be helpful to have active and efficient communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Other:
- It is an advantage if you use excel confidently.
