ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

MAIN FUNCTIONS

  • Provide administrative support to the Budapest Financial Accounting organization
  • Provide word processing, spreadsheet and graphical presentation support
  • Gather, record, track and verify data and information from multiple sources
  • Organize logistics for internal and external meetings
  • Coordinate aspects of international and domestic travel arrangements
  • Process invoices and travel expenses
  • Coordinate administrative activities associated with special projects or events
  • Facilitate paper flow and execution on approval of documents
  • Serve as a back-up for other administrative assistants within the local organization

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and email systems
  • Numeracy and P.C. skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Multitasking
  • Customer service experience, finance experience or SAP R3 knowledge is an advantage
