Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-oriented Administration & Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role will involve managing daily administrative tasks while also providing excellent customer support. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth internal operations and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:
  • Handle daily office supply procurement, management, and equipment maintenance.
  • Manage company documents, attendance records, meeting arrangements, and other administrative tasks.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and optimize administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the management.
Customer Service Duties:
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone and email, providing professional support.
  • Process customer orders, track logistics, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle customer complaints and after-sales issues to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain customer records, collect feedback, and assist in optimizing customer service processes.
  • Perform other customer service-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in administration or customer service (Outstanding fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Basic proficiency in English or other foreign languages ​​is a plus.

Nice-to-have

  • Other European languages​​​​are considered a plus such as  German  ,   Italian  ,  Polish   , Spanish and so on.
  • Experience in the automotive industry
  • Experience with any ERP system
