Administration Customer Service Agent

MAIN TASKS :

  • Process repair requests
    o Receiving and entering requests into our computer system
    o Follow-up of files
    o Closing files according to our procedures
  •  Process orders from digital channels into our computer system
  • Handling internal and customer queries relating to orders
  • Ensure professional, efficient, and quality service with customers and colleagues
  • Achieving the required level of service and performance
     

REPORTING LINE:

  • Customer Service Experience Manager

TECHNICAL SKILLS & LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE:

  • Ability to manage the different demands of our clients
  • Good knowledge of Oracle and SalesForce IT tools
  • Knowledge of languages: Hungarian & German and/or Hungarian & English
     

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Very comfortable dealing with customers
  • Confident, calm and able to manage several priorities at the same time
  • Friendly and positive attitude, solution oriented
  • Accurate, proactive and quick-witted person
  • Team player
     

REQUIRED EXPERIENCES :

  • At least two years’ experience in a Customer Service or similar position
