Zero Waste Group Kft. - located in Szemenye, Hungary - is an international and national operating company in the manufacturing of alternative fuel. The Austrian and Hungarian cofounded company is established in 2019.
Task:
We are looking for a new member in our young, motivated team, as an administration assistant.
- Managing documents for deliveries etc
- IT activities in our internal system
- Employee coordination (holidays, production schedule, trainings)
- Procurement of needed resources (spare parts, tools, etc)
- Preparation of contract / offers etc.
- Provide logistic and accounting support
- Motivated and self-coordinated work
Expectation:
- Professional English knowledge (additional German or Italian are preferred)
- 2-3 years working experience in administration / logistic
- Professional level of Microsoft Office
- Driving license
