Administration assistant

Zero Waste Group Kft. - located in Szemenye, Hungary - is an international and national operating company in the manufacturing of alternative fuel. The Austrian and Hungarian cofounded company is established in 2019.

Task:

We are looking for a new member in our young, motivated team, as an administration assistant.
  • Managing documents for deliveries etc
  • IT activities in our internal system
  • Employee coordination (holidays, production schedule, trainings)
  • Procurement of needed resources (spare parts, tools, etc)
  • Preparation of contract / offers etc.
  • Provide logistic and accounting support
  • Motivated and self-coordinated work

Expectation:

  • Professional English knowledge (additional German or Italian are preferred)
  • 2-3 years working experience in administration / logistic
  • Professional level of Microsoft Office
  • Driving license
