Admin / Logistics Representative

About the position:

We are seeking a versatile and results-driven individual to join our team as a Finance X Logistics representative. The job is on site at Duna Tower, 1138 Budapest (home office is not possible)

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Admin

• Collection of invoices
• Create daily cash reports
• Make bank transfers
• Prepare basic accounting data
• General administrative tasks

Logistics

• Prepare outgoing orders in our warehouse. (Picking, scanning, packaging.)
• Receive deliveries, communicate with clients and carriers, track shipments, and manage inventory in the logistics system
• Coordinate the transport and storage of products and materials
• Assist customers and resolve shipment issues and complaints
• Prepare and maintain shipment paperwork, records, and digital databases - ensuring that all documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments is complete and accurate

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field  
• Excellent English knowledge in both written and verbal form
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail
• Openness and Adaptability to Korean Work Culture
• Ability to individually prioritize tasks in order to keep a steady workflow for yourself and others as well

• Prior experience in Logistics, Finance and/or admin roles.
• Flexibility in Work Performance
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Hungarian Drivers’ License
