Responsibilities

  • Initiate and/or lead process improvement support based on project list agreed with the line manager.
  • Key contact in LBU migration support, based on migration plan agreed with the line manager.
  • ERP Implementation project supports based on the alignement and roles and responsibilities agreed with Project Team.
  • Seek for standardization, optimization opportunities in the operational team
  • Monitor the process execution time and quality with appropriate measurements
  • Support the AR Manager in KPI measurements’ definition, reporting, control and calculations
  • Take part in the new joiner training 
  • Support the team with regular or ad-hoc process and system trainings
  • Facilitate process or system related issue resolution in the team
  • Regularly revise and update process documentation
  • Represent the operational team in business unit, regional or global projects
  • Become the single point of contact to the SSC Service Delivery team for reporting or process improvement related projects

Requirements

  • College or University degree, preferably in Finance 
  • 3+ years of experience in similar process
  • Understanding of the end-to-end Order to Cash cycle and best practices from SSC environment
  • Fluent English knowledge is required, any additional European language is a plus
  • ERP knowledge is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage a team to develop
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Proactive, solution focused mind-set
  • Good team player
  • Good analytical skills, accuracy

As a part of this vital team, you will manage the SSC AR processes making sure Howden a Chart Industries Company meets all partner and customer requirements in a timely manner, as well as maximising cash flow, while minimising aged debt and improve Accounts Receivables processes. Support the AR team’s daily operation from people, process and technology point of view.
