Accounts Receivable Analyst-Spanish speaker

Location: Budapest, Hungary

The Accounts Receivable Analyst will be responsible for coordinating Cash application and Cash Collection processes with external and internal clients.

  • Download bank statements from the respective bank website
  • Extract remittance details from the statement
  • Apply the cash against specific invoice of customer account
  • Appropriate accounting of unapplied cash
  • Coordinate with end customers, Accounts Receivable team to review and post the unapplied cash to appropriate accounts
  • Post revenues by verifying and entering transaction from lockbox reports
  • Track and manage suspense accounts and maintain zero balance
  • Support month end accruals
  • Follow up with customers for payments
  • Respond to queries raised by the client/customer and provide appropriate feedbacks
  • Track excess/short payment and coordinate for resolution
  • Validate customer escalation on credit notes

We are looking for you if you:

  • have excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Spanish
  • have College or University degree in Finance or Accounting
  • have 1-2 years of AR/Cash Application/Collection experience preferably in SSC environment
  • have experience of using ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • have good planning and organizational skills
  • are ready to learn new applications and solutions and has quick learning ability
  • have excellent time management skills
  • are able to work independently, with minimal supervision
