Our well-established and successfully operating multinational partner is expanding its operation and looking for experienced Accounts Payable professionals with German language skills. 

You can join to a complex, highly respected position and act as key country contacts for the business.  

The job

  • handle escalations and act key contacts for stakeholders
  • take part in technology and transformation projects
  • handle KPI governance
  • continuously monitor and review operational tasks: vendor items, ageing, T&E claims, invoices, payment proposals etc
  • actively participate in the governance and compliance during meetings and audits
  • exploring cost optimisation ideas

About you

  • strong stakeholder management skills
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in preferably end-to-end AP tasks
  • fluency in English
  • at least strong intermediate knowledge in German
  • eagerness for process and self-improvement
  • customer focused mindset 
  • ability to drive initiatives
  • precision
  • team spirit
