The job
- handle escalations and act key contacts for stakeholders
- take part in technology and transformation projects
- handle KPI governance
- continuously monitor and review operational tasks: vendor items, ageing, T&E claims, invoices, payment proposals etc
- actively participate in the governance and compliance during meetings and audits
- exploring cost optimisation ideas
About you
- strong stakeholder management skills
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in preferably end-to-end AP tasks
- fluency in English
- at least strong intermediate knowledge in German
- eagerness for process and self-improvement
- customer focused mindset
