Accounting Team Leader (German speaking) (1-7-41053/PR)

We are looking for a Team Leader for a team of accountants, at a new Business Support Center in Budapest.

You will be responsible for:
- Lead a team of GL Accountants in order to deliver Accounting services to international clients
- Manage ongoing operations of the team, plan and monitor the workload
- Coordinate the knowledge transfer and ensure stabilization of finance processes
- Create a motivating working atmosphere, and actively drive the change management
- Participate in projects and process improvements
- Monitor the team's performance according to the Service Levels Agreements
- Work together with management in establishing department KPIs
- Collaborate with the business and stakeholders to develop a professional relationship

- At least 3 years of relevant accounting (AP/AR or GL) and/or accounting team leader experience
- Throughout knowledge of accounting procedures and principles
- Fluency in English and German
- Experience in process transistions / improvements are is an advantage
