Accounting Supervisor - Turkish speaking

• Manage the month end, quarter end and year end closing under US GAAP
• Responsible for US GAAP & statutory reporting and lead the annual statutory audit activities including reconciliation between US GAAP and local GAAP
• Review with Corporate Tax on the local tax filing & declarations including corporate Income tax, VAT and all other applicable local tax

• Coordinate the internal and external audit requests

• Assist the tax team during audits and provide support to country management during government inspections

•  

  Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance matters and contract management

• Collaborate closely with the country manager and leadership team, offering essential support for finance and accounting operations

Elvárások:

• University degree
• 5+ years finance/accounting leadership experience
• Proficiency in US GAAP and local GAAP / statutory / regulatory reporting
• fluent English and Turkish language
• Strong computer/systems capability
• Strong communication and networking skills

• Consciousness of control and business ethics environment

• Accounting & audit firm experience is a plus
• Knowledge of local taxation is a plus

• Certified Public Accountant, ACCA is a plus
