Our partner is a property investment, development and utilization company, having a substantial presence in the real estate market in several European countries. To their gradually growing team we are looking for a full-scale Accounting professional with fluent English who could be responsible for the Accounting activities of their office in Bucharest.

About this position

• Full-scale bookkeeping of the Romanian subsidiary- Service charge reconciliation- Statutory accounting- Preparing balance-sheet, Profit & Loss statements, financial reports
• Participating in year-end closing tasks according to Romanian GAAP
• Accounting of bank transactions
• VAT accounting, preparation of tax returns- Keeping contact with related authorities- Preparation for financial audits

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Economics- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-scale accounting- Good knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices- Experience in Real estate-related accounting is a plus- Fluent English and Romanian; Hungarian is a plus
