Account manager - Marketing (KS)

  • Align projects with client business goals, construct detailed work plans with milestones, and communicate expectations to key stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, working with the internal teams to demonstrate our value and drive on-going customer success 
  • Analyse project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs 
  • Prepare and present regular progress updates to internal and external stakeholders, including the escalation of risk/issues to the appropriate management channels as necessary
  • Facilitate strong working relationships and coordinate delivery across internal team resources
  • Display marketing technology curiosity and a willingness to expand your own thinking for the benefit of the agency and clients including supporting lead generation and internal marketing efforts
  • Wear multiple hats; manage multiple clients, project tasks, timelines, and deliverables


  • Must be able to speak and write in fluent English
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience of project or account management experience, preferably in a consulting or agency setting 
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, project management software and familiarity with process management tools such as Teams, Jira, Trello, Asana, Mavenlink desirable. 
  • Experience and desire to work with MAPs (marketing automation platforms) and CDPs, such as Oracle Responsys, Bloomreach, Braze and Salesforce Marketing Cloud with a knowledge of current marketing industry trends 
  • Committed to exceptional customer service and teamwork
  • Ability to anticipate client needs and challenges to propose appropriate resolutions 
  • Ability to perform under pressure working on multiple projects and meet deadlines while demonstrating enthusiasm and integrity towards colleagues and clients 
  • Strong written and communication skills, including confidence liaising between colleagues and client teams as well as presenting
  • Ability to forge strong and trusted relationships with tenacity, integrity, and a sense of humor
