  • Following the invoicing process in SAP Preparing accrual alignments for month-end closings
  • Preparing the invoicing file and checking / releasing invoices in SAP Provide accurate billing data to
  • Order Administration for customer invoicing in line with financial month end timetable
  • Participate in the onboarding process, clarify the rates and activity types Initiate cost transfers based on agreements from both parties o WBSE and Master List creation  
  • Creating regular and ad-hoc reports, analysis, preparing ppts

If you have…

  • College or university degree in finance or economics
  • Fluent German and/or English language knowledge
  • Minimum 2 years experience in relevant field
  • A good understanding of the commercial aspects of a services company would be beneficial
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, ability to talk to all levels of staff and disciplines
