Overview Account Executive TMS Global are a wholly owned subsidiary of DS Smith PLC, a FTSE100 listed multi-national packaging and display manufacturing business. TMS Global specialise in the outsourcing of retail display, print and packaging and are active in 97 markets globally. Our TMS family consists of just over 300 people who are spread internationally across APAC, LATAM, EMEA and NA. About the role We are growing quickly and are currently expanding our client services team across Europe and as a result, we are now looking for an account executive to join our growing structure. This will be a permanent position and will consist of a hybrid working model of home working and in our offices in Budapest. The Account Executive’s focus is to deliver world-class customer service in a fast paced environment to delight customers and grow our business. The Account Executive will be responsible of handling day-to-day customer enquiries (management of orders through the supply chain, management of invoices to customer), negotiating with the supplier the expected delivery dates, delays in the supply or price issues where possible, also liaising with other departments to meet customer requirements and offer pro-active resolutions to challenging situations. Day to day responsibilities ·Manage Workflows, from customer Purchase Order to customer invoice in day to day work following agreed customer service level agreements. ·Provides a creative approach to analyze and solve daily potential issues. ·Ensure all documentation and records (such as price, customer records and account notes) relating to customer account, are accurate and reflective of current working practices. ·Daily discussions with the relevant suppliers on the occurring supply issues, managing the replacement materials if possible. ·Negotiates the prices increases wherever needed and possible and manages the needed documentation around the pricelist. ·Acknowledge customer complaints and report dissatisfaction/failures in line with procedures. Discuss solutions with customers and follow through those actions to ensure customer is satisfied and where appropriate, complaint resolved. ·Participate in customer meetings ·Keep regular pro-active contact with key accounts via various communication channels. ·Take part in actions and reporting with internal stakeholders About you Fluent in English (both spoken and written) Prior customer service/internal account management experience and a passion for relationship building. Experience within an Order Management / buying / procurement environment. A medium level competency in MS Office.
