Accommodation Services Specialist - German or Spanish


  • General hotel/property information for the customer
  • Aftersales tasks (changes in Name, upgrade, cancellations ect.)
  • General administrative tasks
  • Providing every process of customer service
  • Supporting the daily work of managers
  • Handle phone calls and emails (multi-tasking)
  • Contact customer’s and partners


  • Language level verbally & written English C1 level and another language German/Spanish C1 level
  • Ongoing studies
  • Positive attitude towards work
  • Willing to learn

Working hours

  • Availability to work at least 24-40 hours per week
  • Availablity to the training period (1 month, 40 hours a week) that will start 6th January in 2020
