Join our partner’s team as a Plant Cost Analyst Coordinator, ensure accurate global product costs and coordinating the annual budget through your Product Cost Analyst network. Take an active role in driving performance by implementing KPIs, facilitating production cost forecasts, and supporting process improvement initiatives with the Global Plant Cost Analysis Organization.

  • Offer functional guidance to the Plant Cost Analyst
  • In charge of verifying the development of global product costs within the Supply Chain
  • Collaborate with the Plant Cost Analyst and Key Stakeholders to coordinate the annual budget
  • Maintain a continuous focus on opportunities for improvement and collaborate with teams from the Global PCA Organization to execute them
  • Ensure a comprehensive grasp of the Standard Costing template within the Supply Chain
  • Facilitate the monthly forecast of production cost variances through close collaboration with the Plant Cost Analyst and Integrated Operations
  • Collaborate with the Plant Cost Analyst to develop and implement KPIs that comprehensively outline plant performance. Additionally, provide explanations of these KPIs to Centering and Business Leaders
  • Deliver a concise overview of monthly plant reporting through collaboration with the Plant Cost Analyst
  • Support the organization in achieving productivity goals
  • Take an active role in supporting and nurturing a robust internal control environment
  • Engage and provide support to the Global Plant Cost Analysis Organization in diverse projects, including process improvement and enhancements to IT tools


  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • 4-7 years of experience in plant controlling, preferabtly in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong computing skills
  • Experience in process improvement
  • Knowledge of standard costing environments preferred
  • Confident communication and networking skills are essential
  • Meeting deadlines, driving for results, and problem-solving attitude
  • Fluency in English is required
