We are looking for a new colleague who will join our office in Budapest:
3rd level network specialist
Tasks:
- Support of network infrastructure
- Operation maintenance and development of a Cisco based infrastructure (switching, routing, firewall, wireless and identity management)
- Troubleshooting
- Support of IT processes (Inicdent, service requests and problem management).
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in similar environment
- Deeper knowledge of Cisco devices
- Up-to-date network knowledge
- Understanding level of english
- Distinct personality
- Customer oriented approach, good communication skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Routine in documentation
- Flexibility, resiliency
Advantage:
- CCNP qualification
- Experience with firewalling
- German language skills
- Knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 based IT operation model
- Experience with a scripting language (Powershell, Bash, Python)
