2nd level IT Support Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for providing second-line technical support to end users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
As a 2nd level IT Support Specialist, you will:

• Manage user access rights and permissions across various systems.
• Handle user account creation, modification, and deactivation.
• Log, track, and update tickets in the ITSM system.
• Escalate complex incidents and unresolved issues to Level 3 (L3) support teams.
• Support data load processes and ensure data integrity.

What you will need to succeed:

• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• 3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented approach.
• Proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Previous experience in a Shared Service Center environment is an advantage.
