1st Line IT Support

Now we are shaping up a small IT support team, who will operate in our Budapest office, however will be part of the central IT team in Poland. Now we’re looking for 1st Line IT Support to join our back office team and support us in the day to day work The local team will consist of 3 people on different seniority level to ensure smooth running of processes both locally and regionally.

What You'll need to do:

  • Delivering 1st line support for all employees in NCEE region
  • Ensure proactive communication to line-of-business on incidents, requests and changes
  • Ticketing system management with group SLA
  • Liaising with 2nd/3rd line support when necessary
  • Regional project participation
  • Creating new and updating existing documentation
  • IT Assets management

What you'll need to succeed:

  • 1-2 years of experience in IT Support/Helpdesk function, preferably in a high-paced international environment
  • Experience with supporting and administering Windows and MS Office, O365
  • Supporting, mobile devices, desktops, laptops and other hardware
  • Practical knowledge of Active Directory, MS Exchange, O365
  • Understanding(at least basic) of networking technologies such as Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless devices, LAN/WAN and TCP/IP
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
  • English – very good communication skills
